Our Purpose
The Baptist Association of Greater Cincinnati is a partnership of Southern Baptist churches committed to glorifying God by leading the people of metropolitan Cincinnati into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Our Vision
We are working toward a day when every person in every community in metropolitan Cincinnati will have an opportunity to hear the gospel, respond through faith in Christ, and participate in a New Testament Fellowship of believers.
Our Mission
Our organizational and leadership structure exists to assist and resource the churches of the association in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Our Organization
The leadership structure includes the associational staff and officers, the Harvest Council, the On Mission Leadership Team (OMLT), and the Administrative Leadership Team (ALT).
